Unlike other contractors, we fully disclose to our customers, per the requirements of the Contractors State Licensing Board, the Mechanics Lien Warning for California Consumers.

To break it down, it is pretty simple, we come in and work our tails off for you and then invoice you and or the insurance company for the work we completed. You should fully expect to receive great service and for us to be clean, professional, and have your property safe and cleaned up quickly. We expect to be paid for the work we do and to complete the job from start to finish. Sound fair right?

Larger jobs will have benchmarks where invoices will be provided for work completed. If these invoices are not paid, then work will be delayed. Unfortunately we do not work for free, we tried that, but the emergency response vehicles started running out of gas!
