We really worry about all of our customers and making sure they are taken care of with their flood, fire, and mold jobs. If at anytime in your restoration process you have questions or concerns about anything, first contact your project manager. Their goal is to keep you informed and aware of the process along with our obligations to you. If work has already begun on your project and you have a signed contract with KADE, we can stop work with a signed Stop Work Notice. If you want to stop working with KADE….well, there is a first time for everything! Please review your contract to see what phase of the work you are at an how this will affect the invoicing for work performed.
