27 Jul San Clemente Flood Dried With A Smile!
It was Thursday morning and Jeanine had brought donuts to our weekly company meeting. The KADE team was all smiles while we covered goggle safety, reviewed wood floor drying mats proper procedure, and making sure we greet all customers with a big smile! Since we have all been together as a solid team for quite sometime, I wonder if the topics go in one ear and out the other as we have many repeats of proper technique and how to treat a customer. But as luck would have it, we had just finished our weekly company meeting when Cindy called frantic about a new flooded wood floor at her home. She had a pinhole pipe leak just above the top plate that flooded her brand new kitchen.
I had the opportunity to go out on Cindy’s call with crew. I was so impressed with the smile, care, and professionalism the KADE technicians approached the job and the customer. Even though for us, emergencies are standard, Kevin and Jose treated the customer so kind and were patient with her as she explained the situation. The set up of the equipment was very professional and clean. To top it off, the boys even used their safety glasses to remove the baseboard gingerly from the affected areas. I am so proud of our team at KADE applying what we practice and thank the team for their care and professionalism. I am proud to be a part of this crew.
